Owner Lisa started the business in 2014 after the birth of her first son as she didn’t want to return to full time work and find childcare. Steadily the business has grown with hundreds of orders per year.

The Challenge
Owner Lisa came to me for her first website, in major need to remove the manual administration that came with trying to run a business via facebook on it’s own
Endless queries on colours, sizes, prices, followed by manual invoice generation and payment chasing…all before she even got to handcrafting the items on sale!
As she already had a steady stream of orders and repeat customers, the challenge was to remove as much of that administration as possible, plus provide her with a basis to start analysing trends to improve sales in the future
The Approach
A face to face meeting was held to discuss the requirements, the design of the website and draft a project plan through to project kick-off through to launch; so each party knew what was required of them
The Solution
It was agreed that Lisa required a fully hosted service for domain and email addresses, whilst Lisa would manage her own store going forward; adding her own products and product categories
The Results
There has been a 70% reduction in admin time, but whilst the odd client still comes through asking questions on Facebook, Lisa now has more time to dedicate to her work and most importantly her young family
The stats and analytics that she desperately wanted also came in hand very early on. After one month, it was evident that her dream catchers were her most viewed product yet they had no orders; we put a 20% sale on that one product and for the duration of that sale it was her most sold product!
