Website hosting: £25/mo, every package
One price whatever the package, charged from launch. No free month and no tiers to work through. Here's exactly what it covers:
- Hosting, SSL certificate, and your domain pointed correctly
- Daily backups and security updates
- Uptime and error monitoring
- Up to one hour of small changes a year: text tweaks, swapped photos, a new phone number
Anything beyond that hour is quoted at the day rate first, then done. Additional work outside an agreed scope is £450/day.

A Rochester-based counselling team who already had a steady stream of referrals. They needed a professional website that would reassure potential clients and clearly explain the services on offer. We built exactly that.

The honest position: I'd rather have one proper case study with real numbers than a wall of adjectives. Two are being written up now, and a third is waiting on written permission before I can describe it.

- D&A Contractors: a local SEO result with the before and after numbers, going up once Dave has signed off the figures.
- CheersGaffer: my own live software product for grassroots football clubs, designed and built solo. Mine outright, so no permission needed.
- An enterprise compliance automation: reading and mapping a lengthy compliance report used to take a full day of careful manual review. It now takes a single click, with a person checking the output. I've asked the employer for written permission before I describe it in detail.
Each one will land here with what the problem was, what I built, and what it actually changed. If a number isn't measured, it won't be on the page.
